Did Trudeau think that Cuba was a just society ?

Trudeau and Castro were friends, think Castro went to Trudeau's funeral.  But, in all T's writings about what a 'just society' is, he never mentioned Cuba once.  He's never even said, 'We should do this, just like the Cubans do.'

NB - When Trudeau said it, 'just society' was a specific term for what T. thought society would be.  It was an ideal, that hadn't been achieved yet.  So, he wouldn't refer to another country as a just society.
