Did Vitex Regulate you Mentrual Cycle? How Long did it take? I have a very irregular cycle and dont ovulate..

some months so I startred taking two capsules of vitex/chasteberry everyday. I'm hoping to hear some experiences so I know what to look for=)

Also I've been having sore b***s since I started taking it (I am NOT pregnant) could the herbs be causing this?

I have been taking it for months and it has helped! I noticed a difference in the first month! Another really good herb to take is Black Cohosh. I personal take several herbs a day but of all of them these are the best!
