Did Yahoo director's help their stockholders by refusing MicroSoft's takeover? Can they do better elsewhere?

I don't think so. This is why the stockholders are very angry. They want another meeting with Microsoft because Yahoo stock dropped into the double digits today. Mr. Bill Gates is not going to give away everything that he has to satisfy Yahoo. Let's wait and see. Peace!!!

Yahoo stockholders were miffed---but they'll get over it: most all of them own American Big Oil stocks.

I don't think Yahoo can do better elsewhere.  In fact, I think the bid for Yahoo will go down.  But I've been wrong before.
