I saw on the news the other day some kids in one part of England can't have fun on their school holidays because a particularly depressingly obese woman who lived with her cats and some other lonely people on her street don't have a life of their own.So they stopped kids being out altogether?I know kids can be a bit hectic but they are growing still and I think they should be allowed to be kids why not just impose a fine on the parents? Say like if they misbehave they get the report from more than two witnesses in the area say at least more than half of the street complained and the children have the fine deducted from their pocket money? Or some labour as penance? This would be something far less extreme surely? Considering in both cases their are always one rotten egg in the box why should others lose out on having a life? And will this Big Brother Britain soon try to stop anyone getting out at nights eventually?I fear we will soon have to kiss goodbye to life all together because of a few sad acts.
