That was the ruling here. A Russian woman had her sexual harrassment case against her boss dismissed bu the Russian court because the judge felt that it ensures the survival of the human race.

  1. Ok, what is the source other than the Huffington Post. There is no names no listed, no court case listed. It is just an unverifible diatribe.

Edit: I guess I get thumbs down because I question a story that has no facts or anyway to research it. I guess that is why I am disliked by some feminist, I actually question things. What a shame.

  2. I know someone who came from a communist country.  She said it was easier to bribe people there.  You know, like judges, etc.

  3. who cares

  4. Hey, that was my question! :-)

  5. I don't believe so. That's because if a male sexually harrassed me, it would make me even more determined to say no. I hate being pestered by people.

  6. That's stupid. The human race is not about to disappear, why do we have to protect it?

  7. Boy am I glad I do not live in Russia, how ridiculous.

EDIT:  Max, questioning things on the internet is a sign of high intelligence.  You may question, but you are fair, so I see no reason for anyone to do anything but admire you.

  8. I'm going to Russia!!!!!!!!!!!

  9. Russia is far from an ideal democracy... they're still living under a very communist system, and their human rights could use a little help.

Anyone remember the Chechnya crisis where the the terrorist rebels took over a Russian school and threw them all in the gym for a few days? Russia's solution was to blow up one of the walls and storm it with hundreds of SWAT police... that one didn't end very well.

Russia's a little behind the times.

  10. I take anything from the Huffing Post with a grain of salt but if that was, indeed, the basis for such a ruling, it's utter insanity.  I have no familiarity with Russian law so I have no idea what may have gone into such a decision or whether Huffington is accurately depicting what the ruling was (nor its basis), but if it really was the case, it's appalling to say the least.

  11. Have you been to Russia? I'd never been harassed by so many hot blonds.
