Aww, good one. When I was a p*****n in elementary school it was the sixties. I always saw myself as a guy going to work in a tie and a brief case. Not sure what I would do, but that was what I expected for my future. Seriously, a 9-5 brief case toting office worker. Why? cause what I wanted to do didn't matter, I just wanted security and routine even at that age.

What I got was the opposite. I am presently 50 years old. I have been in sales, a roofer, worked for UPS, was certified a teacher, a bus driver,   a union Millwright, and finally ended up in networking. I Just want to mention that I was not a bad worker who could not keep a job,  but in fact I've been employed luckily my entire life, it was just due to layoffs , and continually finding myself,  plus lack of skills in any one area, and going with the flow that led to the wide variety.

Any way my dream of job security never did pan out, but what a great life I've had trying so many things and meeting so many different types of people from salesmen, laborers, tradesmen, and technology.

No regrets, I guess that is better than a dream.

My childhood dream was to be a grown-up.  I definitely managed that.
