Did a system restore on my PC & it refuses 2 display again. D CPU powers on but d monitor get no signal.?

The initial problem was that, my computer section stopped displaying the CD Drive and the second Hard Disk, so I wanted to see if I can fix it. I was trying to see if I can restore it back to a time when it has the CD ROM present and now no program is displaying again. What do I do? And how do I fix the Hard Disk issue too?

Check if the monitor cable is connected properly. Try restarting your computer again making sure the monitor power is on. If nothing happens, u might need to call a technician if there's a hardware problem.
