people think aliens built the pyrimids cus supposedly the align with the stars, but the eyptians were just really good at buildings things, after all if you dont mind enslaving and working thousands of people to death you can build really big impressive looking things. the eyptians had mathmaticians and architects like we do now, they even built a temple to ramses so that on one day of each year (they dont know what the significance of that day is, just that there is one) light would shoot through the temple and illuminate statues at the very back of the temple, which is also pretty impressive. point being that you dont need alien influence to create impressive things, just knowledge of mathmatics and an expendable ( there opinion not mine) work force.

You'd have to better define "aliens". If you're talking extraterrestrial beings that are technologically superior to the inhabitants at the time, that's one thing. If you're talking about another culture that brought in outside expertise for the project, that's another. All indications are that the ancient Egyptians were sufficiently advanced to construct the monuments.

Just because most people can't wrap their heads around how they were constructed so perfectly without modern computers and power, doesn't mean that there weren't people back then who could!

The great architects of Egypt were absolute geniuses who were supported by a culture that educated and encouraged them.
