Did all actors take steroids or any other type of drugs to build their body?

Not all.

Stallone (Rambo) has taken a drug, but it's still legal in 90% of countries, and is considered more of a medicine/nutrient booster.

..Arnold has taken steroids to get his body, but he stopped...uh...a while back.

Jet Li, Bruce Lee, have never taken drugs that builds the body. (Bruce Lee died because he took an asprin, I think)

So no not all actors have taken drugs.

Yes, the body can not pack on 20/30 pounds of pure muscle in just a few months like you see with a lot of actors. However taking steroids is easy, the training and diet is a lot harder.
