  1. The evidence presently available indicates all known lifeforms share a common ancestor.  That's not necessarily the same as saying all life that ever lived on Earth shared a common ancestor.  This is a possibilitiy, and there's nothing known that contradicts it.  It is, however, also possible that some undiscovered organisms in obscure places may stem from a different origin.  There's no evidence of that, but I can't rule out some might turn up later.  It's also possible there were other lineages at some times, but our lineage prevailed and took over the planet.  Again, there's no evidence as yet to support that.

  2. the first organisms were very simple forms of bacteria that were formed spontaneously due to an abundance of organic molecules in the primordial soup of early earth. it is very unlikely that only a single bacteria(um?) was created via this method. more than likely there were probably thousands formed many of which probably died but at im sure more than one survived to reproduce.

  3. Scientific evidence supports that there was a prokaryote known as L.U.C.A. (last universal common ancestor).

This can help to explain more.
