Did all players on the U.S. national team get medals, or just the 12 that played?

I know no coaches got them but was wondering about the other players bc the senior team is WAY deeper than the 12 that played.

All members of a team that medals win a medal in the Olympic games, whether or not they're on the medal podium.

You mention you're referring to the Olympic basketball team (USA I presume). There are only 12 on the roster and all 12 were on the medal podium to receive their medal. The senior team only has 12 players. (The ones that were replaced over the year will not receive a medal and are not considered on the roster.)

No, only the 12 man olympic team gets medals. no way would the select team get medals (they were pretty much like a practice squad). Also the members of the senior national team that didn't make the olympic roster do not get medals.
