  1. Antibiotics can cause problems with the digestive system as well as yeast infections, because in addition to killing the bad bacteria, they also kill the good bacteria that we need in our bodies.  Talk to your doctor.

  2. It sounds like you are generally run down and the use of antibiotics could also weaken you further. Ask your chemist for a vitamin (I believe its B?) which is normally taken after a course of antibiotics as it seems they get destroyed somewhat on the course. Flu like symptoms can also mean lots of things other than flu, basically fevers are the body's way of warning you. Take more care with your diet and get that good 'ol exercise...you will be fine soon!

  3. Quite possibly it was the antibiotics..You may be allergic to penicillyn.

  4. The yeast infection, yes. The rest, no. Eat yogurt next time and you will be fine. See a doctor now though.

  5. Many people (even men) get yeast infections from antibiotics. Especially the ones used for UTIs.  Many people are also allergic to these drugs because they have sulfa in them, and besides pennicillin, sulfa is the drug that has more allergic reactions.  You should see your doctor again to make sure your uti was cleared up by the drug, and treatment for any allergic reaction you may be having...
