The people in the McDonald's commercial you saw are just no name actors dressed as athletes. Either McDonald's would have used athletes that were easily recognizable or they would have identified them with a screen graphic if they were real Olympians.

I'm not sure if those were real athletes... But I could be wrong. I just don't recognize the gymnast.

And those Southwest Chicken Sandwiches are disgusting.

I think they are just actors.

They said "we are not going home without it". Then, they showed a "chicken for breakfast". So, pretty much, the "it" here is a hint for a "gold" chicken sandwich.
