Did any of you take cover at y2k?

did u or any one you know stay in and "take cover" on the millennium??

I was inside, but it was at a party. I don't personally believe any of the "The world's ending, OMG!!!" hype that ever comes up. Right now people are freaked over the world ending once 2013 rolls around, all because a Mayan calender stopped counting there. Never mind all the rational possibilities for it. One person came up with a radical theory not based on fact, and people have freaked over it.

I didn't take cover and I don't plan to ever take cover until the day comes where there's confirmed, supported by fact evidence that the world will end. (which will more than likely not happen in my lifetime...I hope. :P)

My self and lots of other people partied, we knew it was B.S. about Y2K, but to be on the safe side, we partied like it was 1999, or 2000. Go out with a bang.
