* Triple H is shown backstage. Jeff Hardy interrupts and says that Hunter has a big problem and that problem is him. Hunter pretends he is on the phone and hands it to Jeff saying it's Doctor Black.

I didn't understand the whole doctor black joke could any one explain ?

doctor black is the wellness doctor. the guy who issues drug tests to wrestlers, which jeff hardy is known for failing. hhh was making a reference to this.

IMO HHH is teasing Jeff by saying that he is in a talk with Dr Black who is the inchrge of Drug Testing Unit in WWE.He is pretending that Jeff is once failed in his drug testing and thats why he is going to fire from WWE.

IMO Jeff is going to win the title from HHH(spoilers are also hinting the same)
