Did any one at bb10 tell renny about gustav yet and more storms coming?

Nobody in the house knows about Hurricane Gustav, and houseguests are not supposed to receive news from outside the house unless it's really urgent (like 9/11)  So, no, Renny does not know.

I think Renny would leave voluntarily if she had known as well.

I believe if it was like Hurricane Katrina then they would have told the house.

I dont think they would tell her until she was out of the house, because if they told her while she was in there... then she might get votes (or I guess not get votes) based on people feeling sorry for her... and they dont want anything from the outside to influence voting.

No, theyre not allowed to share outside information. Im guessing she would voluntarily leave if she knew. Since no one has died and Gustav didnt do as much damage as previously assumed, I doubt theyd tell her.
