I have recieved an appointment letter and letter of agreement from National Hospital Chesham, U.K London and don`t know how far it is truth ? Please let me know if U have any idea about it.

Boss even I have got similar kind of mail from this organisation i'm not a hospitality professional even though  i got appointment letter from this NATIONAL HOSPITAL UK Recruitment Dept

No - it is a scam.

Did you apply for a job ?  They will ask for money for work permits, visa and medical.  When you have paid they will stop replying to your emails.
