Did any one notice that most asian people have flawless ,beautiful skin?

I'm Asian (laotion and Thai) and I have flawless skin, but my mother who is also Asian, has a really bad Acne problem.

My family doesn't have awful skin, but I do think it has to deal with genetics and also the food we eat too.

We tend to eat a lot of vegetables and fish, which are great for skin, and rarely do we ever cook our things in grease, so that could be one thing.

Asians normally have a healthy life style, but it really depends on the origin of the family, the food we eat, and the genetics.

well you never see any LARGE Asians. There fit and eat right so maybe i  don't know.

Yeah this is very true. they all basic have clear skin.

yeah and their all skinny as h**l and have shiny asss, straight hair. NOT FAIR!!!

I had bad acne for a while and have a 'asian' diet. But I guess generally asians have better skin. But I think it relies on genetics mostly. My mom had *horrible* acne like you can see the acne pocks and my dads skin is pretty bad too. Luckily mine is not too bad!
