i've done it a thousand times (not exaggerating). i learned about a year ago and havent stopped since. i can only do it in less than a minute though

Yes..Im sure everybody who took time figuring out how it works did,but im not sure it is the record time or standards did.Some toy shops which sell "fake"(not the real 'brand' rubiks cube)also has the instructions in it.

i have seen many friends of mine complete them right infront of my eyes in record time,again and again-so yes alot of people i think have,its just a matter of getting the pattern,then it is easy...

Hahahahaha !!!! , my friend had a cheap one , went they left the room I peeled the stickers off and rearranged it so all the colors matched , she thought I was a genius :))

Yeup =] It's not that hard once you memorize the algs and understand the logic...

And work your fingers really hard XD

For me, a rubik's cube is a piece of cake.  I could easily solve it in under 1 minute.  It's pretty cool because you see people say,"Wow!!! How did you do that!" etc.  You can see that is one of my hobbies if you click my avatar.  I have solved my way up to the 5x5x5 in 9 minutes and I'm trying to go faster.  I have lubricated it and I hope someday that I make some money out of the cube.
