I'm kinda surprised he lasted as long as he did. He has kinda sucked this year. But, I honestly thought they were cheering him when he was done. Maybe not.

It's a shame that his lack of driving talent had to take innocent Truck series regulars with him. I think if he can't handle those trucks he needs to stay out instead of ruining it for the series regulars.

Naw, nobody boos Jimmie.  They were cheering because everyone knew it was his 1st race in a truck.  The were cheering not booing, Jimmie is a cool guy and pretty clean driver.

i heard the fans cheer really loud, but i'm not sure it's because he wrecked, i think they might have been cheering for him. they knew it was his first race and i think a lot of extra people who might not normally go to a truck race showed up there last night because he was in it. they are used to kyle being in it, but that was jimmie's first time, and he does have a large fan base. i'm pretty sure he brought in more "first-time" fans than scott speed, carpentier, schrader, and stremme combined. like him or not, he is still the two-time defending champion, and race fans appreciate that. and truck fans, they, to me, are some of the most hard-core race fans there are.

as for him running out of talent, yes he did, but not after showing an amazing amount of it. his racing with rowdy and the onion for lap after lap for the the lead amazed me - i thought he wouldn't get that far or do that good. and he came soooo close to saving that thing. as for "collecting innocent victims," there are no "innocent" victims in the truck series, especially at bristol.

To answer question now..yes and that was pathetic to cheer when someone wrecks and takes out innocent drivers, wrong place wrong time to run out of talent and he even said it himself, his fault!

I'm a big supporter of Randy Moss Racing, so any time a driver can create the kind of buzz Jimmie did for his team, it's all good by me.

I honestly don't think anyone, including Jimmie's fans went into it with a whole lot of expectations.
