Did anybody see the CG cut scene that's suppose to be in Final Fantasy IV DS?

on the back of the box it said brand new cg cut scene but i've been through half of the game and only saw in game cut scene

i'm pretty sure right when you turn on the game, there should be a long cutscene right before the menu for final fantasy IV comes up. so when you turn on final fantasy IV, dont press on a button and the CG cutscene should show up.
