Did anybody survive Nationwide Flight #353?

The movie called Sole Survivor directed by Dean Koontz. Joe Carpenter's family was on the plane when it made a horrific crash, killing nealy 80 people. 4 people survived including Joe's daugter. Although sources say that no one could of survived that catastrophic crash. The girl's name is Jodelle Fernland. In the movie her name is Nina, along with another girl named Chrisse. Please if you have any information on this tradegy i would greatly appreciate it. This movie was real and yes nearly 80 people were killed. 4 survived.

Sole Survivor was a book by Dean Koontz -- a work of fiction.  While it may have been based in part on actual events, there was no such airline as Nationwide Airlines.
