Did anymore hear whats goining on with the lawsuit Brooks College in Long beach?

i received a letter from the court saying Brooks College has been sent to court. That if we would like to be part of the lawsuit to send the letter we received. its been couple of months and i still haven't heard anything from them Does anyone know anything about the lawsuit?

Essentially the school defrauded students by promising 98% job placement after graduation and when they got out in the real world they found out their 'degrees' were worthless.
