Did anyone choose to start all over again? What tips would you give for someone wanting to?

I left the East Coast and headed West with no job awaiting me, a little money, and an apartment to sublet for three months.  Threw the two kids in the car, flew my pets here, brought a friend along, and off we went and we've never looked back.  My kids are both doing great (now on their own) and I've carved out a nice little life for myself after also getting my B.A.

All I can say is that I had the idea to move to CA since I was 7 because my mother died two weeks after my 7th b'day and because I didn't understand what death meant, I believed she moved to the furthest place I could think of (at that age) - California.

I say, if it's in your heart (for whatever reason), then go for it because you only get one chance to live your life and I'd rather have as few regrets as possible.

If you're into a negative life style it's alright to start a new life for self. But if you want to do it because the grass looks greener on the other side make sure that you know the ups and downs of your plan to start over again.

Remember by starting over again  you must be able to keep up with your new change.

If you can't afford to start over again put it off until you can.

Some people like change and some don't if you do and can; do it but if you want to and can't don't do it until you can.

Thats all i can tell you now because you gave me little to go on and i don't feel like starting over again.
