I'm not certain, but I believe several men were buried in Hoover Dam.  I have seen several programs on Modern Marvels and that's where I believe I heard it.

There were 96 recorded number of industrial fatalities on the construction job itself. Most were the result of falls. One man died by falling into wet cement, buy no one was entombed in the cement. Of all of the cement that is in the dam at no time was there more than six inches deep of wet cement.
