Did anyone else have trouble installing Sims2 Teen Style Pack Expansion pack?

We actually bought it a couple times and returned them it wont install cant get it to... my computer says it in the drive and some times we get to choice of langauge. So has anyone else had this problem or is it my computer? can anyone tell me how to bypass this trouble? my mother thinks we can by doing it manually be she (nor I) know how to do it manually...

i always have trouble installing sims2 expansion packs...

it gets to like 90% and it freezes

i would keep trying to install it because eventually it will work

it might be your computer, does it meet the min. requirements?
