  1. Yes, between 5 and 6 am, or so. I watched the thunderstorm this afternoon come over the San Juans with LOTS of lightning!

  2. I was in Graham (near 204th and Meridian) last night and was hearing it go on all night.

You can tell the rough distance of lightning by counting the seconds between when the lighting flashes and when you hear thunder.

Each second is roughly a mile.

The closest I heard was three miles!!

It was especially crazy because it was really warm considering the buckets of rain that were coming down.

    Awesome.

  3. nope, must have just been you. there was no recorded thunderstorm in that area, and there was no recorded lightning or thunder of any kind. it would seem that your losing it a bit.

  4. No, but I live in Canada British Columbia, and there was a bang of thunder.

.. Wait. did you hear it around 5 to 6.. around there in the morning?
