Did anyone else in UK lose their internet & phone service ALL DAY?

well, if not & you're with talktalk you were lucky....is this a common thing with them or what?

i'm considering switching

All day? that sux i've never lost mine in the past 5 years

I have never lost either internet & phone service with one exception which was a line fault, repaired by BT openreach the next day.

If you would like to find out about a company that is a lot better than talk talk for the phone service, and another company whose internet service is excellent and whose HQ is in the UK, then send me an email and I will put you onto their web sites.

I'm with Talk Talk and my internet has been up and down like a w***e's draws all day, but it hasn't affected my phone line.  When I rang them, they gave no indication that other people had the same problem.

talk talk never thought there  would be the demand that there was, now everyone is demanding they go away
