The central phrase is "open-source warfare" because this information is so widly available to anyone intent on using violence......so others, like "normal people" should have an inkling that instructional material is readily available.

This is also the case with the fad of "detergent suicides" in China, I think others should know of the use of bleach and ammonia to produce fatal fumes.

To ask journalists to avoid these subjects is advocating the promotion of ignorance.
