Did anyone have a bad shopping experience with Babyoka online store?

I ordered some goods from Babyoka couple of month ago . i got charged and after that i received an email saying there was a problem with taking  the money  because my card was not registered to my billing address but there was nothing wrong with it.

After emailing them for a month they told me they would refund me money , but they never did.

i have bought from this website 3 times after someone at my local play group recommended them to me after they used them and were impressed. I have received my goods really quickly each time and always had a great response to any queries prior to or after placing my order. I would say that overall i have had an excellent shopping experience with them and would certainly recommend them to anyone
