Did anyone hear about all the fires in florida?

outside was very smokey by our house... there were cops and everything on mothers day

I had to drive through the smoke on 95 near LPGA on my way to the dentist...talk about lame... xD  I was lucky I didn't get stuck.  I heard on the radio as I was taking my exit back home that they were closing the southbound lane.

I live in the Ocala National Forest where there is a 1500 acre fire burning near the bombing range. It was apparently touched off by a practice bomb gone astray. So far no homes are threatened but a lot of beautiful forest has been destroyed.

I heard on the 5 o'clock Orlando news that there are more than 100 fires burning in Florida from Jacksonville to Palm Beach.
