Did anyone here know the process about the 2nd round interview in the Safeway Australia?

Was lucky to pass the group assessment, but no idea about the next individual talk with the store manager. What kind of questions will they ask? How about the dress? Thanks for any help.

they'll prob just ask u questions and ask about situations

I work for safeway, after the group assessment you usually meet with your future supervisor and they ask you things like..

-Why you want to work for safeway

-Your availability

-They gave me a scenario and I had to tell them what i'd do

-Why you'd be good for the job

Thats all I can remember, its been over 6 months :P

Oh, btw, when you get the second interview you've practically got the job.
