the lawyer was not present so that means its not a immunity deal i think they got something on her, im so ready for this little angel to be laid to proper rest! i am sick to my stomach thinking of how emotionless casey is about little caylee. I just hope and pray they get her to tell them where she is! i cant believe i just seen that live! the protesters went crazy!! what do you think happend?

I have been following this case in Texas daily.  I hope this knee jerk arrest of Casey tonight doesn't compromise her murder trial when Caylee's body is located.  They sent homicide to her house to arrest her on forgery, theft... Here's the "deal" I would offer her:  Casey, You can tell us what happened to Caylee and give your family some "closure" by helping us find her remains before your lethal injection OR you can take it to your grave and hope God saves your soul.  (That's just me)

Yes, I am in desperate needs of answers. I saw on a link that the DNA in the trunk confirmed it was Caylee's.  Do you think this has something to do with it?  I live in Naples, Fl so I  didn't fins this on local news.  I have my husband checking to see if the press release is on.,.. Don't think so.   I have followed this case from day one.  Exhaulting every last hour of my personal time, I want to see this woman go down only because of the cold disposition Casey Anthony has held.  He just told me the news is on...  I will keep you posted...

Yes, she was arrested - not on any DNA evidence, but a $700.00 total of theft from fraudulent cheques.  The police are supposedly 'doing it to keep her shaken up, on her toes'.  What I don't get is that she'll be out tomorrow, a pundit stated on NG. ($300.00 bond).. So what I don't understand is how that jives with Leonard (Cowboy) Padilla revoking her bond!

I am for finding the truth, and the baby.. trust me, I'm a mom!  I'd be in pieces if my child was missing.. But I'm not sure I like the way the police seem to want to handle this.. It's supposed to be about finding Caylee.. and I believe they're trying to showboat, which could indeed, compromise a future trial.

BTW - I have "On Demand" so NG will air here again at 1:00 EST, so if there are any new developments, I'll try to post them in an answer or e-mail you... I wish Jane wasn't covering it.. the lawyer was in the middle of a speech and they 'cut to commercial'.  She has too many commercials!  I want Nancy back.

OK GUYS!!! i know what it is. i found it online, that she is BEING ARRESTED FOR BAD CHECKS!!!! and stealing over 600 dollars from a friend.

i was hoping that they found caylee or that the dna came back it was caylee...but GUESS WHAT i also read that 'the dna wasnt conclusive enough to tell if it was caylee..' but come on!!!!

the air test said it was a dead body, and the hair samples WERE caylees and the root was decomposed...so i mean lets be real here. she did it and she will burn for it!

also, the grandma is now saying it was pizza, and if it was a dead body then the police planted it there, but that is the stupidest thing ever. the grandma is the one who reported it in the first place after a freakin month, and she said it smelled like a dead freakin body in there! ******* heres my question, when you order pizza, and go pick it up, do you put your pizza in the trunk??? who puts pizza in the trunk? i mean the backseat maybe but come on, they are just ridiculous. seriously guys, dont a make a good point on that one??

Boy, I wish I saw that, I've been waiting for that, yesterday when they said that the lab test was in I just said to my husband that it wont be long before they arrest cindy, She must be a quacker barrel, I cant believe her parents are still beleiving her that she left the baby at some womans house, now we have to see what happens next.  April

I just saw it! Hopefully they have what they need now to prosecute and give the family some closure. My little girl is the same age (same birthday) as Caylee so this has been very close to my heart. I cannot imagine how sick you'd have to be to hurt your child. It is more than obvious that she does not care about anyone but herself.. sick!

From Orlando, FL. One of the networks said it was for possible check fraud (having to do with a check from family or friends for Caylee). The other networks do not know as of now what the charges are or why she was rearrested.

I saw it too... and she went out in cuffs.  That means a new charge.  Not like she took immunity or confessed and was escorted by her lawyer.  I believe she just saw the last minutes of freedom, forever, unless of course, she gets out of this by an insanity plea.  God forbid that doesn't happen!! Justice for the lil baby Caley.  May she R.I.P.

I'm really hoping Caylee was found, and I pray alive. If not alive, at least she finally gets to be brought home, where her grandmother and other family members can bury her, she deserves this.

Hopefully Casey is not allowed to see her ever again if she is alive, she's done enough to this poor child.

Yes I did what a shock. It must mean they got some more harder evidence. She looked so calm as they led her away though and the mom too.

I very much doubt that he will bail her out again, he said on NG a few days ago that had he known what he knows now he would not have bailed her out in the first place.
