Did anyone notice that CNN mixed up time zones? Is CNN stupid? ?

A CNN anchor was just doing a story on the mayor of Detroit, Kwame Kilpatrick who is being pressured to step down because of numerous legal troubles, so CNN was interviewing the owner of the Michigan Chronicle newspaper which recently published a front page article encouraging the Detroit mayor to step down. In the top left hand corner, under LIVE it had Detroit time and it had Detroit under central time ... it was 2:15 pm here in Ann Arbor, MI (near Detroit) but apparently CNN thought it was 1:15 in Detroit.

How can we trust major news networks like CNN if their staff can’t even figure out time zones in our own country?

I didn't watch it. CNN tries to make you think the way they do. They are owned the Time Warner and they are stupid. They have gotten to where they are not reporting the news but trying to make it. They are a business they cut Labor like every other business. So they probably didn't even notice it themselves.

i don't watch cnn nor respect their views but at the very least i always though they could tell time. oh well, goes to prove why i don't watch cnn.
