My doctor can't figure out what to test for with the specified blood, Urine and Stool tests. When I asked the woman at the Philippine Embassy what to test for she said "Other people don’t have any trouble and went away from the window” Did anyone out there apply for said visa and what did the above tests cover?

  1. I didn't have to supply any medical info to get a Philippines visa, is it a business visa?

  2. Ask the embassy for a list of accredited medical offices that you may use - they will have the proper forms and know the proper procedures.

  3. Please get a medical referral from the embassy.  It would be indicated there the kind of tests to be done.

Medical certificate for visa purposes indicate the non-existence of infectious diseases requiring quarantine according to International Sanitary Regulations.  It's better to be tested in a medical clinic referred by the embassy because that would still need authentication by the Philippine embassy itself.
