Did anyone oversleep their Olympic event?

I heard a story somewhere about some person from a small country oversleeping their ONLY Olympic event. And I can't find it anywhere on the web! Has anyone seen or heard anything about this?

yes, unfortunately, a Romanian swimmer qualified for the event in which michael phelps was competing.

he was having a massage that time, and it seems that nobody told him that the event was rescheduled 20 minutes earlier.

sorry for him... he had been training for some time now with a foreign instructor...
