Did anyone read Haroun and the Sea Stories?

OMG- I'm sorry that you don't want to read it, it's an AMAZING story!  It's really like a fairy tail, you are so lucky to have been assigned it!  That's nothing like most boreing summer reading.  It's loads of fun, will make you laugh, has musical references in it and is a general great fiction/fantasy.

What a fantastic, open minded teacher you must have! I hope you can learn to appreciate that she picks GOOD books, not standard books.  If you pick up Haroun and the Sea of Stories, you won't put it down until you finish!

Haroun is a great book! it's really a childs story with story telling and imaginative themes. i really recommend you read it and i promise you'll like it, it's not an ordinary book you have to read for school
