Did they say that the priest came to Rhode Island or did they say that he came from Rhode Island?

The priest, Bob Bailey came form Rhode Island because I know The " Wes" and his family lived in Pennsylvania. I think Ryan said in his Directors Log something like it is hard to find a priest that will work on a case this severe but we found a priest from Rhode Island that has offered to do a blessing or something like that, I cannot remember exactly what is was that he said!
