Did anyone see Ryan Briscoe get his first win for Penske today?

Decent battle with Dixon for the lead. Good job for the driver who caught a bunch of heat for last week's events.

Finishes under caution are never exciting but I was glad to see Ryan take the win.

Its great to see Ryan finally get a win, as there were quite a few people who were starting to get on his back, especially with his dumb accident at the 500.  Hopefully he can do well the rest of the season and can look to retain his seat for next year...

That was a pretty good race.  I thought Dixon had it won for most of the race, but I guess I was wrong.  That crash with Carpenter, Miera, and Andretti was amazing!  It's sad that it happened with 3 or 4 laps to go though.  Can't wait till Texas!

Probably the one thing I'll take away from the race was the announcers rattling off the names of the other drivers who have won races for Penske.....Mears, Hornish, Unser Sr, Unser Jr, Donohue, Sullivan, DeFerran, Castroneves, Fittipaldi....

And they want to lump this guy in with *THOSE* drivers?

Sorry, for me, he's gonna have to prove himself a WHOLE lot more than just squeezing past an accident and winning the race during a caution.  He's nowhere NEAR as good as those drivers....Not yet.

all the hype was "what's going to happen after the briscoe; patrick fiasco?" here's what a patrick fan says: danica ran a crappy race. briscoe was lucky to get out of that last caution. he ran a great race. he deserved the win. you wanna talk about drama and action; possibly redemption....? the better driver won that day, plain and simple. but there's always the next race....

Since the Nascar race was a yawner today, I actually watched more of the IRL race, congrats to Ryan on your first IRL win...

yep i watched it, was a pretty good race ,shame for gram and marco, they are going to do a lot better at finishing races if they have any hope of going to f1

I watched the race I thought it was really good. That was a really intense crash between Marco Andretti and Vitor Meira, he got some air there. Can't wait for Texas this weekend!
