Did anyone see a news item last night about a gas-station that cannot charge more then $4 per gallon ever?!?

There was a teaser and I'm not even sure what channel it was on,but according to the teaser the station cannot charge more then $4 per gallon no matter what happens forever!

What was that about????

And where was the station???

some of the older gas meter's can't go past $3.99 without an

expensive upgrade. what some states will allow is stations to

post the price of 1/2 gal., so be careful if you see a price of $2.00, it's really $4.00 a gal.
