We were out driving last night around 10:00 pm or so in the Pearland area. And saw these wierd lights in the sky. They were arranged in a row and there were about 12 colums and each colum must have been atleast 30 stories high. Each column was like a very tall antenna filled with lights. But they must have each been atleast 30 stories high. And the columns were really spread out..there must have been atleast a few hundred meters inbetween each one. The lights were white and so could not have a radio tower etc. Did anyone else see this? Does anyone know of any structures that could cause something like this?

  1. Hey dude. I don't live in Houston. But I think you should report it. UFO!

  2. Dude, if this was in Houston, it was probably one of NASA's testing projects; UFO to us, SpaceCraft to them =]

I cannot be sure of this, but I know that they have many sightings around Houston and Area 51.

PS: I hope you were not drunk...

  3. There was a UFO sighting in Texas 7/14/08 I believe. IT was heading towards President Bush's ranch. Here is a video from CNN.

Maybe these two sightings could be related.

I believe that all UFOs are simply the creation of the military and that they are kept secret to give the United STates a huge advantage in case of another world war.

  4. It was a rocket body reentering the atmosphere and breaking up.  This is the second one I have heard about in the last year, with the other one occurring over northern Colorado; there was a great video of the Colorado event.  The distance on these events can be quite deceiving.

This would have been a similar event, unfortunately, for the space shuttle Columbia.
