Did anyone swim with the dolphins on Tortola in May 2008 while aboard the Carnival Miracle?

Not yet, but we will next week on the m/s Carnival Triumph. The company that does it is great and if you are afraid of getting in the water to swim with them you can do just the dolphin experience and stand on the platform with others while they do tricks around you. If you want to know if it is a great experience, YES. I have had several clients do it there and they loved it. I will be taking my 6 year old daughter on her first cruise and we will be doing it there. I have heard the the lagoon there is really nice and the dolphins there are great! It really is worth the expense.

I was told by some people last year in Sept that the experience they had was less than great.  They paid alot of money to have an encounter (swimming with them) and got an experience (being on the platform) and were not offered any compensation by Carnival.
