  1. I liked the concept but i don't think it had the storyliene to make a long lasting series, there was only so many times she could save the day by going back in time, also the introduction of the creepy jason priestly ruined it for me. But I did like the character Davis? (morgue Supervisor) he was a bit cool and I feel he could have been more developed.

  2. I miss that show it was such a good idea, reliving a day to save someone's life.I liked it better than Buffy. I loved watching it she was perfect for the character because she's pretty but a little creepy like. It would be a good movie but it's so much better as a show because then you can keep the story going over and over again. Maybe they should do a movie so they can bring the show back.

  3. Totally...It ended right when you were getting into the whole Jack Harper and the Dad thing.  It just ended so suddenly.

  4. i watched it i thought it was a good show sort of a supernatural crossing jordan, not to mention i think eliza is one of the most underrated tv actresses of our time. she convey what she feels to the audience w/ just a look.

  5. For a tv series to be considered to be a movie it has to be able to do one thing. Draw enough of an audience to make money. Several tv shows had movies made from them while they were still ongoing tv series such as The X Files, Mystery Science Theater 3000, The Simpsons and one of the most successful movie franchises ever Star Trek came from a tv series that didn't last very long but had a cult like following and better success as a film series and a run of spinoffs.

Some movies based on tv shows such as Serenity did fairly well despite the show not fairing well or having a long run.

The problem with Tru Calling is it decided to become a series. You can only do so many episodes about a girl with a necromantic time tripping ability a made for tv movie or film could have worked.

The production team could go the same route Highlander did with direct to DVD movies and just circumvent Hollywood but the parent company FOX would have to have proof it would sell or it won't happen.

Eliza has been a busy girl she has three films coming out this year and a new series plus the two movies she had out earlier this year.
