Edie Eason made her famous Cinnamon Buns. She used a "starter" for which she gave the recipe for. She advised that you must take care of the starter as it is a living culture. However, she does not tell you how to take care of it to keep it alive. She has had her starter for 42 years. Does anyone know how you take care of this starter as it is made with potato flakes?
