They are on the exact same topic and they are exactly the same. Is there a reason or is it plagiarism?

They are both by the same author but that is the only reason I see why.

  1. plagiarism!!!!!!

  2. nope they are not because aol and yahoo both get content from the same sources.

  3. If you look carefully, the story first appeared in "Live Science" and then was "picked up" and reprinted by both Yahoo and AOL news. Since Live Science supplies articles as "news releases" to both Yahoo and AOL with the intent of getting the word out (and furthering Live Sciences' impact) it's not a case of plagiarism at all.

  4. No, yahoo, aol and msn all get their news content from the same place. They have the same author ofcourse, because the same person would have written the same articles.

  5. Who cares?

  6. its cause they are both provided by the same company and/or writer

  7. Things occur the same around the world. It's called news. Did NBC 4 steal the weather report from Channel 10?
