  1. Bret Hart has nothing to do with TNA.

  2. NO,,,JEFF JARRET START TNA WITH HIS FATHER

In June 2002, Jarrett and his father created a limited liability company, J Sports and Entertainment, and opened a new professional wrestling promotion, Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA). TNA aired in a weekly pay-per-view format until May 2004, when the promotion negotiated a television deal with Fox Sports Net and began broadcasting TNA Impact!. In November 2004, TNA began airing monthly pay-per-views instead of weekly pay-per-views, and in October 2005 Impact! moved to Spike TV. Panda Energy acquired a controlling interest in TNA in 2002, although Jarrett remained a minority owner

  3. Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA) is an American professional wrestling promotion founded by Jeff Jarrett and his father Jerry Jarrett in May 2002. The current majority share owner is Panda Energy International.[1] The company, which trades as TNA Entertainment, LLC, operates out of Nashville, Tennessee, with an office in Orlando, Florida.

& in a personal note, no, bret don't have any bitterness at all towards everything that has transpired between him, vince & the wwe.. in fact, bret buried the hatchet & reconciled with vince way back in 2002.. he even accepted wwe's offer for him to be inducted at the 2006 hall of fame.. bret has moved on way, way back & he's living a peaceful life now, without the hate & bitterness..
