  1. Manhate is a label...describe the label.

  2. No, just the bad part of it. There's one in every family.

  3. i only hear that from men

    go figure!

  4. I think on many levels that's true.

    Some deserved some not.

  5. No i thank it sprouted out of that and is evolving or trying to evolve away from the stigma that sprout it and was the focus in the 60s-80s.

  6. I think eventually feminism was hyjacked by radiacal thinkers who happened to really hate men and who only take credit for good things in this world.  But the overall quest for equality marches on.

  7. I think some people did take it to extreme measures (I think in all movements, you will find some extremists) but I don't think it's fair to lump everyone in the movement together as "manhaters".  I'd say the majority of women who call themselves feminists aren't like that at all.

  8. As far as you're concerned there's only one answer to this "question" so what's the point of answering? Every contradiction is swept away with: "You're in denial".

The point of asking questions here is to discuss things from evidence, not display rhetorical statements.

  9. I've never read any theory work saying men are guilty of male domination. Indeed, men are also victims of gender roles. I think the one here hates someone is u. Sometimes u seems so women hater when u accuses people of awful things.

Hon... I have a M.H.D. degree.. and soon I'll be studing at the London School of Economics and Political Science...I've read quite a lot to be where I am.

  10. From where I stand and from the vast majority of 'feminists' I encounter today, I would agree with your statement.  I make it regularly, in fact.

The movement is an important one, but many of its members have altered the message and bastardized it to such a point that it is difficult to side with anymore...

  11. From what I see here, no.  Can you please show me some examples of this "man-hating" that all you antifeminists complain about?  Because I can't seem to find it.

Edit:  So you can't show me any examples.  Thank you for admitting it.

  12. 'Degenerate' is exactly the right word. It is sad to see what was once a respected part of the equalist movement slide so far downhill.
