The fillipino needs to reconsider WHY anyone would want to go to Turkey ?   See the movie   MIDNIGHT EXPRESS  .  this should be mandatory viewing by anyone thinking of traveliing there.   consider that in such a primative country the risk exists that  one might be in danger from looking at someone the wrong way.   once in turkey, there may not be away out.   i would NEVER risk going there under ANY circumstances.
