Did hurricane edouard come across Port Arthur yet??

Well I live in Port Arthur and I think it has passed because the eye of the hurricane is over port arthur so yeah it passed already.

According to the Weather Channel, Tropical Storm Edouard made landfall  between High Island and Sabine Pass, Texas at about 7:00 AM CDT

with winds of approximately 65 mph. In that case, you have  probably been affected by the storm if you are living in Port Arthur. By the way, you are still under a tropical storm warning and hurricane watch, although the latter will probably be lowered later this morning. Well, hope you fare well through the storm!
