Did i do the special k diet correctly today?

for breakfast i had green tea, original special k, and watermelon. I had another bowl of special k for lunch, and another bowl for dinner. for snacks i had 1 90 calorie special k bar, a piece of cake, and cucumbers. did i do the diet correctly today?

  1. Eeeesh, that is a horrible diet. Special K has a lot of added sugar, and it isn't even made of whole grain. Special K tastes great, but you aren't getting any nutrition! Green team watermelon, and cucumbers are great! Cake, Special K, and the Special K bar are not good at all. Stop eating Special K - it is a processed food, and not healthy, no matter what the box says. You are barely getting enough fruits and vegetables, and what about protein? no lean meats, no fish, no nuts, no beans. You are lacking a lot of nutrients because you are eating the same thing over and over again. Don't stick with these fad diets. Instead, choose a healthy, balanced diet with fruits, veggies, lean meats, healthy fish like salmon and tuna, nonfat dairy products, whole grain breads, and nuts (best are almonds).
